Potato Skins

I cannot express how delicious AND CRISPY these were. I never had potato skins before, but I understand the hype. This place is amazing and it’s only a two minute walk from where I am staying.. this is very dangerous for my bank account.

Take me back to DC just so I can order these vegan potato skins again! Potato skins were one of my favorite appetizers before I transitioned to a plant-based vegan diet and I have never seen them veganized on a menu until wandering into DC Vegan! They were so mouth-wateringly good, I stopped by for a second time before heading out of town via the train and held them like a precious stone in my lap the entire journey. If you are ever visiting our nation's capital do yourself a favor and order these off of the menu!
