Potato cake

I really enjoyed these! They’re like little fried balls of mashed potatoes that aren’t too greasy. Served with a mustard sauce. I was starving so these were the perfect appetizer.

So tasty but a little bit unsalted. It comes with a mustard sauce that gives it a very good taste Muy buen sabor pero para mi gusto un poco sosas. La salsa que las acompaña es amostazada y les da un toque riquísimo.
