Pork Rib Rice

Been here a few times and kept ordering this. Haven’t found pork ribs at many veg eateries. This is quite sweet like real pork ribs. It’s the sauce and batter that makes this, really no point to slaughter piggy friends 🤷🏻‍♂️

At first bite, I thought I was eating monkeyhead mushroom. But I wasn't. It is a soy-based meat. Nevertheless, I find the texture a crunchy goodness! And love the soup that comes with it. #crf
