Plant-Based Sardine Puff

I appreciate the blotter, rendering it matte but that's about the only positive to it. At $2.90, I'd imagine a bulbous and significantly stuffed #puff but it turned out flat and stodgy hard, exterior-wise (like my terrapin's shell). Ratio of filling to #dough 's totally off with morsel of #tomato - ish tangy innards and not nearly #spicy enough (token sliver of #chilli from within),
