Plant Based Deluxe Pepperoni Pizza

It’s nice to have another quick takeout item, but I thought it was plain. Sometimes pepperoni can have a bit of a kick, but this alternative did not. They use minimal cheese, but to me it was the perfect amount because I find too much melted Daiya cheese shreds can become mushy.
