Pineapple Fried Rice

I love this dish. It’s smoky and savory, with a tad of sweet from the pineapple. It’s loaded with veggies and very filling. One of my favorites from Luanne’s, for sure.

This fried rice is amazing! Fresh ingredients and wonderful balance of flavors - I loved the avocado and pineapple together. It wasn’t oily like fried rice can often be. Will definitely be getting it again.
