this was good, but not that good..
i’m not a huge fan of the chips
personally because i’m not much of a chip person unless it’s nachos. the salsa, however, was very tasty! i think it is house made!
the quesadilla wasn’t soggy or anything, but i was a little disappointed in the tofu filling. the tofu definitely had flavor, but it was a little bit soggy and i felt it was a tiny bit watery too. the peppers and onions were well seasoned and tasty, and the cheese helped the quesadilla stay together while i ate it.
i liked the presentation too! honestly overall the quesadilla had good flavor but the texture of the tofu and how the flavor absorbed into the tofu held it back a little.
