Phở with soy and seitan

This is an amazing 100% vegan restaurant with a great variety of dishes. They also have plenty of gluten-free options. Tha staff is super friendly.

Perfect for a cold winter day. The broth was tasty and the portion was larger than I expected (I ordered the small size). Reasonably priced, friendly staff.
