I've talked about vegan pizza land before because it's seriously our favorite vegan pizza ever. This time, we got pepperoni, mushroom, and ricotta, and it was delicious as usual! The crust is just right—thin and crispy.
We love everything about vegan pizza land; it's in a cute airstream hiding in an alley behind the Abandoned Brewery Building, with some picnic tables to sit at while enjoying your pizza. Plus, you can pop inside for a beer if you feel like it! And we can bring our dogs, because we rarely go anywhere without them!🐶
The only negative? The staff isn't very friendly. We've been there a ton of times and only met one nice person. This time, the girl at the counter just stared at us when we walked up. I said hi, but she didn't respond. I asked for our pizza, she just turned around and handed it to me—no words, no smile, nothing. Then my husband asked her for napkins, and she just flicked her finger at a basket on the table.
I never feel welcome there, and maybe that shouldn’t matter, but it kind of bugs me, and I know we would go there more often if the people there were friendlier.
Still, it's a testament to how good their pizza is, that we keep going back!
