Peppermint Crisp Tart

Peppermint crisp tart was very delicious! The cream was very vanilla mousse like but was EPIC! Wished for more of a biscuity crunch but incredible nonetheless!!!

Layers if biscuit, peppermint crisp and coconut cream make for a treat with this decadent dessert! Yum!

Totally delicious dessert. Takes me back to a childhood favorite I loved.

Great sweet. Light on the tongue and goes well with a lovely warm drink. The only comment I have here is that the biscuit part should be moist or somewhat soaked in a sauce or the cream.

Felt so nostalgic while eating this. It was absolutely delicious, even better than any non-vegan version I had way back. Very creamy, not too sweet, and perfect balance between the biscuits and cream.
