My favorite plant based dish I’ve had in Disney (at least in terms of sit-down restaurants). It’s available at breakfast. A massive pan with breakfast potatoes, one sausage, a pancake shaped frittata (I think Just Egg) with onions and peppers on top and a melted slice of pepper jack cheese. I also ordered a side of rye bread, for which the waiter brought out vegan butter. I couldn’t have been happier with this meal I ate everything except a few potatoes.
