Peking Duck Wrap

This is the best thing I’ve tried at Working Amazing. I reckon they use the same “meat” for the duck and popcorn chicken, but the scallion pancake is top knot ! It is so flaky and buttery, and the hoisin plum sauce is amazing.

The Woking food truck does some of the best eats in town. Their signature dish (pictured top) is a spring onion pancake bursting with crispy 'duck', shredded cucumber and hoisin plum sauce. Definitely worth the often long wait in line. So good! #alv #veganin2020

One of the best things you will ever eat. ALWAYS order this when we're at Woking amazings food truck. It's like a roti with sticky duck and cucumber smothered in a delicious sauce. AmAzInG.
