Aquafaba meringue pavlova with blood orange sorbet. lemon- vanilla curd and citrus fruit. This dessert was light and perfectly blended the very sweet and very sour - original and refreshing.

Outstanding texture, combination of flavors and presentation. The dried oranges give a beautifully bitter aftertaste to pair with the sugary crisp pavlova. Awesome experience and service too!
