Parmentier vegan

I still sometimes think about this dish and how delicious it was. I would go back to Carcassonne just for it. The restaurant offers two vegan entries, three main dishes and two desserts. We got the main dish and dessert combo so it was 18€ for both. #Carcassonne #france
