Paper Masala Dosa

Wasn't expecting this to be so huge hahaha. Paper-thin crispy crepe made using rice and black lentils, filled with hearty spiced potatoes. Enjoyed having this with the accompanying chutneys and sambar! It also worked well as a lighter and simpler staple (vs rice dishes which are already very flavourful in their own way) to go with the other curries we ordered. ($8.03)

Aww yeah! I love masala dosai, nice and filling 🤤 this one was quite spicy in the potato filling but nothing the coconut curry couldn’t help with 😋 #abillionturns3

really liked the flavours and spices in this dish, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside!

My favourite dish here. The potato filling is so good, kind of creamy and smooth. The three sauces are all equally delicious. This dish by itself is the perfect size meal for me 😋
