Papaya Salad

This papaya salad is AMAZING! So fresh with the right amount of tang and spice. I’ve tried recreating this at home with limited success and a lot of effort trying to shred green papaya. I would absolutely recommend you get this! It does come with crushed peanuts on top but we ordered it without during this occasion as we were dining with a friend who has an allergy.
