Panipuri

Always wanted to try this Indian street food speciality and it's finally in Bournemouth

I’ve never had panipuri before but I will be going back for more! They are crispy balls that you break a hole in. There was potato chunks and chickpeas to put in, and there was a ‘broth’ ( I’m not sure on the correct name) that you pour in. You then eat it whole and it explodes in the mouth!
