Pancakes

I feel like vegan pancakes are such a tricky dish - it’s really hard to get the texture right and unfortunately here it wasn’t 10/10. It was also strange mixture of condiments - ice cream, whipped cream and butter (which eventually mixes with the rest as everything melts). Was decent but not the best. #veganbali #pancakes

WOOOOW! this time I chose the gluten-free option and it was sooo good. Doughy, soft, fluffy 3 pancaes with coconut ice-cream and maple syrup by the side. So yummy....

Wow! Fluffy pancakes with a scoop of ice cream. So indulgent! Needed help finishing this.
