Panang Tempeh Curry

Thai-inspired red curry with nutty tempeh chunks, charred broccoli, long beans, and cherry tomatoes. Second time eating this, just as good as I remembered! Underrated dish by New Fut Kai and honestly one of my favourite dishes by them. Had this at a catered buffet on board a junkboat, and this was completely cleared, with everyone going for second (and even third) helpings! P.S. Aromatic and nutty Thai-inspired red curry that was not too oily or spicy! Filled with fragrant tempeh, charred broccoli, long beans, and cherry tomatoes. Delicious and great to go with rice! ($14/S)

This dish was steaming hot when presented. Curry aroma is intense and taste is perfect with its creamy texture and is slightly spicy. #meatfreemonday
