Panache Salad

I am not normally a salad person but this one is phenomenal. I love artichokes and asparagus, they really add to this dish. I’ve never been a fan of raw mushrooms but because of this dish, most of my salads contain raw mushrooms now! Certainly a winner. #ashersfarmsanctuary #ashers
