Pan Bao de seitán

Están riquísimos y acompañados de alga wakame, dando un sabor delicioso.

Why does bao only enter my life on occasion? Love the soft steaminess of these buns and it is a very generous helping of seitan. The flavour isn’t inherently very Asian which leads my mind to wander somewhat. Personal preference alert : I really dislike seaweed (as connotations for me are fish fish fish 🐠) so the little accompaniment pot was too strong.

I tried the pan bao and my friends the burger. It was really good! A good advice, remember to book before because it’s very often full ! The brownie was really good as well 😍
