Pad Thai

I had his dish a few years ago and it’s just how it used to be. It’s a big portion with a really nice tangy sauce (probably one of the top pad Thai sauces I’ve had). Unfortunately there’s just TOO MUCH huge green onion pieces that overpower this dish. I spent a good 5 minutes picking them out. I’d order this dish without them next time.

Pad Thai is a must-have in Thailand, and this version was of good quality. The Pad Thai sauce was more flavourful than I’ve ever had before. The chef is quite generous with the green onions, and all the garnishes are on the side of the dish so you can flavour your noodles as strongly as you like.
