Pad Thai

Note I'm not sure if it's vegan by default or not as Happy Cow lists this place as vegan, but the signage says vegetarian. So when I ordered I said vegan and such... I also asked for no peanut due to allergy. So overall it tastes great - they toppings you can use to spice it up - but they use different noodles than what you'd expect for pad thai. The veggies are really high quality and tasty.
