Pâté Bread

I don’t feel like there was much #pate - If any at all! @m1tch9i stole the words right outta my mouth 🚓 This is more a #mushroomlover baguette, if anything else 🤭 A #banhmi? In spite of that though it tasted excellent! This banh mi was one of if not the best I’ve had in Hanoi. The vegan pate was unreal…. I couldn’t believe it was vegan. And the amazing sauce, juicy mushrooms, pickled veg and fresh crispy bread made for the perfect bite!
