outback nachos

So good! We saw this at another table the first time we came here, but didn't order it until now. Plenty of toppings. Didn't have many naked chips at the bottom of the pile. I helped my husband eat this as his entrée since my pizza traveled better. Will definitely order again.

these were some cool nachos tbh. they had pico, queso, smokey bbq pulled mushrooms, pickled jalapeños, sour cream, and scallions. i liked how all the ingredients came together and i thought it was very unique. the smoked mushrooms and bbq sauce were an unexpected but good addition to the nachos. i liked that the jalapeños were pickled; they added some spice and that nice pickled flavor. also loved the scallions on top!! the chips held up pretty well but got a bit soggy towards the end. i also could have used a bit more toppings compared to the chips but it’s not like i was eating plain chips or anything. these were very unique and i enjoyed them a lot! #vegannachos #nachos #nachoslover #veganinillinois
