Oriental Salad in Special Vinegar Sauce

Sometimes I worry a lot that when people dine with me they are going out of their way to cater to my food limitations, but I’m so blessed with amazing reassuring colleagues (who not only know my food favs) but even intro-ed me to new veg dishes I don’t know despite DTF being a familiar chain restaurant. & shared this is one of their usual fav go-to dish order already anw :’) #unexpectedlyvegan even if you aren’t searching for it! Another clear example of how veg foods can alrdy easily be incorporated within your normal food options & preferences 😸🍻 Apparently this is called 小菜(?) if you order in Chinese? Anyway this is a cold appetiser Chinese dish containing beansprouts, seaweed, Beancurd etc all thinly sliced with various colours(!), and can be a bit salty but just don’t take so much sauce then haha $4.80 before gst/svc charge
