#veganized this warm broccoli 🥦 salad at Singapore’s Dempsey Hill based Open Farm Community. The
highlight of this dish was the Pili nuts from a small farm in the Philippines 🇵🇭 which were so creamy and delicious 😋 and of course the heaping amounts of broccoli and other veggies including hibiscus flower leaves 🍁. Nice to see that OFC is upping their game with great new veg options but would love some dedicated vegan options on the menu!
