This is like red bean bao but the skin is like the soon kueh skin
instead. Really interesting change from the usual red bean bao and I didn't know such a thing existed! There's also a savoury version with like turnips or smth which is just a round, bite sized soon kueh I suppose. My mom got it from one of the stalls here.
