Blondies !!!!

Love my "Blondie". Made with chichpeas and incredible chocolate 🍫 chips. Not too sweet thankfully

This was labelled as a blondie in the display cabinet - I enquired and the

cashier confirmed that it was in fact a blondie despite it resembling a brownie.
I could get a very slight chickpea taste, however perhaps they in error had added cocoa to the mixture as it was very chocolatey and overpowered the traditional blondie flavour.

Nice texture & flavour. A more original dessert option. I would of preferred it to

be a touch sweeter but that may just be me!
