I modified my Norcina
with tomato sauce added and caramelized onions and chose the buckwheat dough.
They offer also the GLUTEN FREE solution since they own a second kitchen for it!
Flour can be chosen also among: whole wheat flour, buckwheat, kamut
Really have to go if you pass by, also because of their pure effort and originality , you can say they work with their kindness !
