This is a new menu item at Sundays!! A fun twist on a very classic Cambodian dish that usually comes with a green fish curry. This unique version was both delicious and beautiful! Super fresh flavours, with a rich and sweet red curry broth complimented by a nuttiness from the peanuts, and super herbal. You could really taste the #galangal as well which made it so unique.
