No Bull Burger

So, I got around to trying the new vegan burger from Kauai and it's so good! The patty is made from black beans & mushrooms and is pretty firm for a bean burger - no mushiness or dryness here 😅 Served on a bun with tomato, greens, generous amounts of gherkins, a delicious vegan BBQ mayo. I'm pretty impressed with Kauai's vegan offerings which are expanding and are super tasty. And....only R59! #burger
