Tortelli Al Ragù

Prima del seitan come primo piatto ho preso questi tortelli (l’avevo già presi un’altra volta,

sono al ragù di seitan mi piacciono un sacco) #veganisnotscary

I couldn’t find the lasagna in menu so I chose instead the tortellini. This lasagna

was soooo good. Light and creamy to die for. The ragù was the proper amount not too much not too little. Can’t wait to go there again and eat it again.

I really appreciated this dish, a staple of Italian cuisine reinterpreted in an alternative way.

sauce was amazing, it really tasted “like home”, the filling was ok but maybe less tasty than the ragout

This is an ♾/10!!! What a flavor, what a wonderful gastronomic experience. Can we also

please mentioned how generous they are with the amount of Parmesan cheese on the side.
I would not only eat those 8, I would eat a thousand!!! Also the prices are terrific! It really is the Nirvana for every vegan in the world!
