Nashville Tofu

A bit dry to my liking, think there def can be more sauce. But I abs loved the texture and seasoning of the tofu!

Comfort food. Amazing comfort food in a totally vegan place. I think I pay the rent there on a monthly basis, I can’t help myself. Everything is delicious but my favourite has got to be the Nashville Tofu. I get mine with some Buffalo sauce on the side to make it saucy/ spicy. So good.

Excellent burger. Le pain est fait maison. Ça m'a bien rempli et ça vient avec une petite frite très généreuse. Pour ma dernière journée de stage, j'avais le choix de commander de n'importe quelle resto et j'ai choisi le Maynard. Toutes mes collègues (omnivore) ont apprécié et m'ont remercié de leur avoir fait découvrir.
