Nanyang Curry Lion Mane Rice

The curry in this is 💯 but I wished there was more portion of Lions Mane mushroom as there were only smol pieces in this dish 🥲 Very generous portions overall so come hungry!

They serving #pappadam for days & #pappadam for theys 😋 Some places can be so stingy! I ordered this solely for the #hericiummushroom because I have brain problems and #mushrooms, especially #monkeyheadmushroom might actually be beneficial for my seizures and headaches 🧠⚡️ Or at least I’m hoping so 🤞 What I didn’t expect though was for their #curry to be as good as it was! It’s not #spicy or anything but it’s a nice creamy & filling 😋 Paired with brown rice too so uh, minus any vegetables, they got themselves the whole shebang!

For a curry dish, it is super tasty! However, I find that it lacks Lion Mane mushrooms and had too much potatoes and carrots for a dish that I thought was mainly Lion mane mushrooms.

Saute's Nanyang curry is flavourful and umami as always, and I love that this comes with plenty of lion's mane mushrooms and a couple of crunchy pappadums on the side. Can get a bit intense after a while. But tasty and hearty. #veganuary
