Mushroom Toastie

The traditional mushroom toastie comes with mozzarella, but opt out and you’ve got yourself a delicious vegan breakfast on your hands. This was a really delicious ragu accompanied by roasted tomatoes and rocket. There are also multiple types of smashed avo on sourdough options (with hummus/tahini/roast tomatoes) and vegetarian dishes that are easily made vegan when omitting the cheese/eggs.
