Mushroom Salad with Sesame Sauce

The sauce was brilliant. Mushroom was deep fried. Includes cherry tomatoes, slices of cucumber and lettuce.

got this bc i like sesame seeds (& the sesame flavour) - the fried mushroom and salad leaves went well w the sauce :-) i think they were trying to make the mushroom feel like fried meat (in terms of looks, it seems like they were trying to go for chicken/pork but in terms of taste, the taste and texture was a bit like soft shell crab HAHAH) 😂 would hv liked the mushroom to be less fried and hv less flour coating
