A truly delicious vegan dish! The mushrooms were soft and juicy, the kale was a colourful and nutritious addition - just wilted but not overcooked, the tofu was flavoursome, and the truffle oil permeated the whole dish wonderfully.
Amazing mushroom and tofu scramble with kale and buttered sourdough. I added the house-made feta (didn't taste like feta but was delicious nonetheless) with it and oh my goodness 🤤 my cousin hates tofu but even she ended up eating half from my plate. Must try.
