Mozzarella Sticks

These were so tasty! Really chewy melted mozzarella. I prob would’ve loved a slightly crispier coating even more but they were still great. I don’t think they have these on their current menu, but hopefully they bring them back some time 😊

So sad to have to give this an average review. I love The Butcher’s Son, and you should 100% go there, but don’t order these. IMHO they aren’t worth the price (too small), and while yummy, they don’t resemble mozzarella - none of the thick and stretchy texture that’s characteristic of mozzarella sticks. If they called then something else - cheesy sticks or something more inspired than that - fine, but calling these mozzarella sticks is just setting yourself up for disappointment. I think it’s bad vegan advertising, too, because non-vegans might try this and think that vegan cheese is just always liquid and kind of average, which is 100% not true. #animalsnow
