Mock Crispy Pork Cashew Nut

Overall very tasty dish. The mock pork wasn’t really crispy, but still had a great flavour and texture. Liked the tender-crisp veggies and cashews. Would’ve liked more sauce, but still good! This dish was $22.90 from the vegan specials section, with a side of coconut rice it was enough for leftovers the next day. #thaifood #veganpork
