Mighty Mushroom Roll

muito gostoso e nao tem gosto de alga ou peixe, muito saboroso

Made of black rice, shiitake and enoki mushrooms, tofu, micro arugula, shiitake truffle sauce. Tastes delicious, well rolled and looks exotic because of the black rice.

Loved this! The black rice was so unique, and the tofu-mushroom filling and shiitake truffle sauce all went together really well!

This roll was great, but I think I would’ve enjoyed it more if the mushrooms had more flavor.
