Mighty Mexican

Generous portions and plenty of fresh vegetables. A good option if you’re after a solid salad.

When I first got this I thought there was no way I was gonna get full from this. I was wrong, this really be a mighty Mexican. Great flavours packed in one with different textures and got mine with the tofu Only downside is it did take a really long time to arrive and only when we asked about it after over 30 mins of waiting did it then arrive

This was an amazing Mexican dish, spicy, crispy and fresh. Vegan chili con carne, cashew etc. Simply loved it.

Mighty Mexican - Amazing flavours packed in this salad. Consists of a protein of your choice, smashed avocado, sweet corn, capsicum, spicy salsa, cashew nuts, spinach and rockets. Chose spiced tofu today and it was delicious!

The dish itself is pretty unique, never had such a combination of flavours before. The spinach is mostly left untouched without any dressing, but if you complement it with the different ingredients individually , you get varying types of flavours!
