Mexican Pizza

Yay, Seitan's Realm also brought back their Mexican pizza and its even better. This has tortillas, refried beans, Taco Beeef, Enchilada sauce and topped with #vegan queso, sour cream, tomato, and green onions. It is a huge serving size and perfect for splitting. Oh boy, this was a LOT of food. I should NOT have eaten it in one sitting 😅 The fried tortilla "crust" was absolutely amazing, and my favorite part. The flavors of the refried beans, seitan beef, queso, and cream cheese went perfectly together. It was veeeery messy, and definitely requires a fork and knife. This 'Mexican Pizza' is made with refried beans, #seitan taco Beeef, enchilada sauce and topped with housemade #dairyfree Queso and Sour Creem. It's lastly sprinkled with fresh diced tomatoes and green onions. This portion size is huge! The dish is so heavy🤣 You'll never leave the Realm hungry.
