Melon Longan

This was delicious 😋 And clever/inventive in a good way 👏 They used the #melon to lend sweetness and texture to a #jelly that provided perhaps 20% of the heft of this #sweettooth friendly beverage. Then there were pieces of #longan to go with the rest of the drink. This is a select-service lower-midscale kind of place where there's no formal dessert menu. This might be as close as it gets 😉
