Mellow Yellow

Delicious and flavourful creamy yellow curry. Came with sweet potato, crispy curry leaves and shallots, Vietnamese mint, green vegetables, and we added vegan duck to our order (which was the right level of meatiness without being too scarily realistic). Highly recommend Vega Cafe - friendly and relaxed atmosphere with scrumptious food.

Yellow Mellow aka their signature yellow curry with tofu puffs, 3 colours of potato, zucchini, carrot and Vietnamese mint. Shame it didn’t come topped with cashews like it said on the menu, as I love a bit of crunch with my curry. I added chick’n to this and it was quality, really tasty “meat”. The curry was really rich, creamy and flavourful, with a bit of extra kick from the fresh chilli and mint.
