Mediterranean Sampler

i do love #falafel (even when it's not cooked in a waffle iron). this is raw so no crispy outer skin but still delicious. #dill sauce is delicious and there are a lot of fun salad garnishes to eat. #supportlocal the location is charming and there's a wide selection of delicious #rawvegan food.

the falafel is delicious, the sauces are wonderful (creamiest hummus ever and cucumber dill sauce) the veggies are fresh. they even had some black olives in there.

I'll admit I was a little skeptical of how yummy raw falafel could taste... But after biting into this delectable balls of sprouted pea, lentil and spices I was pleasantly surprised. This Mediterranean plate totally hits the spot if you are craving those beautiful flavors and don't want your meal unhealthy and deep fried. This dish is served with cucumber dill sauce, cashew hummus and veggies. My favorite combo is dipping the falafel in the cashew hummus. YUM! Creamy, flavorful, a party in your mouth.
