Matcha and white chocolate cookie

I’m not usually big on cookies but this one hits the spot. It has a strong matcha flavour but no bitterness at all! The white chocolate sweetness pairs nicely with the strength of the matcha 🌱 As for the texture, it is rather soft, which I found perfect to enhance the flavours !
