Margarita Pizza - Vegan Cheeze, add black olives&mushrooms

Yesterday was my birthday and my friend accompanied me to Pizza Libretto to go along with my theme of #Pizza for my birthday! Lol! This place just rules. It rocks so hard. I often dream of their chewy and fluffy crust, perfectly tangy sauce and their unctuous #vegan #cheeze. It is absolutely beautiful. I called ahead because their vegetarian pizza wasn't on the menu anymore and the person said they had revamped the menu 3 months ago and they replaced the vegetarian pizza (mushrooms, black olives and green peppers) with an eggplant pizza..... A positive about the new menu change is that vegan cheeze is now free of charge! It used to be $2 more! Yay!! How it should be! I just ended up getting the margarita pizza, subbing for vegan cheeze and adding mushrooms and olives. The mushrooms were $1.50 and the olives were $1.50 extra. It was just as wonderful as I hoped. It was a lot of food so I was able to take it home (I brought a larger purse to prepare for this inevitable outcome lol), and have it for breakfast this morning. It was a treat! Anyone want to go with me to Pizza Libretto?????
