Mango Salsa Roll, Yakisoba Lunch Meal

Kotobuki is my favorite place for vegan sushi. They have your basic cucumber and avocado rolls but they also have the mango salsa roll and just recently added a vegan volcano roll. The food is consistently good and its a very vegan-friendly restaurant. They're also mindful to put vegan rolls in separate boxes from non-vegan dishes without asking. Highly recommend!

Kotobuki is my go to for vegan Jap food. My all time fave roll is the Mango Salsa roll but the vegan Volcano roll is #2 on my list. Lol. The staff is very friendly and it's a nice little restaurant.
