Mama's Satay

Omg omg omg! I’m addicted to hungry tapir’s satay and spicy tempeh! I even kept their sambal for my own tempeh, amazingly delicious, smells good, and fulfilling!

With hedgehog mushroom. Unfortunately no mushroom can come close to the tenderness required for a satay to feel genuine. Waiting for a fake meat version! Peanut sauce was good. Excellent option for sharing. #satay #malaysianeats
